01. Raw Material Receipt

The wire and terminal are joined with an automatic crimping machine to ensure a stable connection.
03 Manual Crimping
Test the bond strength by testing whether the crimped wire and terminal can withstand a certain tensile force.
04. Outsourcing Assembly
Move the assembled product back to the headquarters or to the next process.
05. Outsourcing
Perform additional assembly processes that must be performed by outsourcing.
06. Outsourcing Delivery
The parts or assemblies processed by the outsourcing company are received and quality inspection is conducted.
06. Tensile Strength Test
Check if the electrical signal flows normally and visually inspect for any appearance defects.
07. Electrical and visual inspection
Pack the completed wire harness safely.
09. Packaging
Products that have passed the final quality inspection are shipped to the customer.
10. Shipment
Products that have passed the final quality inspection are shipped to the customer.
