01. Raw Material Receipt
Major parts such as wires, connectors, and terminals are received and quality is inspected.
02. Automatic crimping
The wire and terminal are joined with an automatic crimping machine to ensure a stable connection.
03. Tensile Strength Test
Test whether the crimped wire and terminal can withstand a certain tensile force to check the bond strength.
04. Electrical and visual inspection
Check if the electrical signal flows normally and visually inspect for any external defects.
05. Outsourcing receipt
The parts or assemblies processed by the outsourcing company are received and quality inspection is conducted.
06. Outsourcing Assembly
Perform additional assembly processes that must be performed by outsourcing.
07. Outsourcing Delivery
Move the assembled product back to the headquarters or to the next process.
08. Packaging
Pack the finished wire harness safely.
09. Shipment
Products that have passed the final quality inspection are shipped to the customer.
